ILT's well-developed network of strategic partnerships has allowed it to expand its service offerings to include clients of all sizes in all industry verticals. With a growing practice, ILT is actively looking to add to its technical services team with a Lead IT Security Specialist.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop proficiency with ILT's solution portfolio (DLP, Encryption, etc.) for the purpose of providing customer demonstrations and assisting prospects with proof-of-concept evaluation and testing
- Install vendor solutions in our laboratory environment to allow for customer demonstrations, training, and internal testing
- Obtain vendor certifications for aforementioned products
- Assist in development of curriculum and materials for customer training events
- Create documentation of internal IT processes and procedures
- Create and manage detailed inventory of internal IT assets (servers, appliances, etc.) used for consulting engagements and customer evaluations
- Maintain detailed library of all hardware, software, patches, fixes, and product documentation
- Provide customer technical support for proprietary and/or custom configured security hardware
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems (or equivalent) with 0-1 years experience
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills and experience interacting with prospects, customers, and colleagues
TERMS & COMPENSATION
This is a full-time position, with compensation commensurate with experience
