infoLock Technologies Renews Contract with North Carolina Office of Information Technology Services
ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA (AUGUST 13, 2009)—In August 2009, infoLock Technologies (ILT) renewed its service contract with the North Carolina Office of Information Technology Services (NCITS) for an additional three-year term. The contract allows ILT to sell GuardianEdge encryption software and related services to various executive agencies and departments in the North Carolina state government.
Under its original contract with NCITS, ILT provided GuardianEdge encryption software and other services to a variety of departments within the North Carolina state government, including: the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Revenue, Department of Transportation, Administrative Office of the Courts, Department of State Treasurer, and Department of Crime Control and Public Safety. From training network administrators to systems integration to consulting services, ILT's experienced engineering, implementation, and training teams ensured the successful deployment of more than 10,000 licenses state-wide.
Sean Steele, North Carolina Contract Manager for ILT, said: "ILT not only acts as a procurement partner for these state departments and agencies but as an integration, support, training, and ongoing management partner; we truly understand and can assist at all points in the process--from needs assessment to evaluation to purchase and beyond. We are excited about the possibilities our renewed contract with NCITS affords and look forward to continuing to provide top-level software and services to these vital public agencies."
