ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA (MARCH 30, 2010)—Today, leading data lifecycle security firm, infoLock Technologies (ILT), announced the results of its bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey was distributed to organizations who have recently conducted business with ILT through one of its three main service delivery areas: Integration Services, Consulting Services, and Value-added Resale.

The five-question survey prompted customers to rate their level of satisfaction with the effectiveness of the products or services they purchased from infoLock Technologies, as well as their level of satisfaction with ILT's customer service and technical expertise. The survey also asked customers if they would be likely to purchase products from ILT in the future and if they would recommend ILT's products and services to others.

Based on the survey responses, the overwhelming majority of respondents were either satisfied or very satisfied with the effectiveness of the products or services they purchased from ILT (94%), ILT's technical expertise (88%), and ILT's customer service (88%). Furthermore, 81% of respondents said they were likely or very likely to recommend ILT's products and services to others and 75% said they were likely or very likely to purchase from ILT again in the future.
